Steady Aid
Support & frequently asked questions
Getting help
Steady Aid doesn't require an account, and all guide content works fully offline — most questions below cover everything you need. If something in the app isn't working as expected, please use the App Store's "Report a Problem" option on the Steady Aid listing, or leave a review describing the issue — we read every one and use them to prioritize fixes.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I restore my Premium subscription on a new device?
- Open the app, go to Profile, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so this works automatically as long as you're signed into the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple, not in the app. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Steady Aid, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
- Does Steady Aid work without an internet connection?
- Yes — every guide, checklist, and quiz is stored on your device, so they're all available offline. Only the "Nearest Hospitals" map feature needs a connection.
- Is my personal health information private?
- Yes. Any optional health profile info you enter (name, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never uploaded, sold, or shared. You can clear it anytime from Profile.
- Is Steady Aid a substitute for medical training or professional care?
- No. Steady Aid is general educational content, not medical advice, and does not replace CPR/first aid certification or professional emergency care. In a real emergency, always call your local emergency number first.
Steady Aid provides general first-aid and emergency-preparedness education based on widely recognized
guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical training or care. Always call your local emergency
number in a life-threatening situation.
